“ Such a fun and inviting place. The food was very good, just over priced. Our server, Michelle T. was a lot of fun and we want to give her a shout out for taking extra special care of us. A fun experience. We had the igloo outside. ”

“ Booked a "brunch" here, even though it was at 12:30. They had a limited menu for brunch, but what they had was done done so very well. Went with my daughter and wife. We ordered one of their boards, the girls split, which had a lot of food on it. They LOVED it. I got the burger, which was done so perfectly! Our waitress was so very nice. The kitchen missed our ticket, so our order was delayed a bit. Our waitress was very apologetic and was straight-up honest on what happened. I really appreciate her honesty. It was no big deal whatsoever. We were having great conversations. The restaurant was a mix of raw walls and finished walls, done beautifully. The views were really nice. We will be back. ”

“ Went here for food prior to seeing a concert in Rockford. We got lucky with finding seats at the bar however I definitely recommend making reservations if you have a group larger than 2 people. We sat at the bar, so we didn’t really get to experience the full view except when we walked around outside. The food was good however kind of pricey. This place makes for a swanky date night. They have premium cocktails and the food was good. They are known for “light fare” which is mostly appetizers and tapas style food. If you are looking for a full meal with sides, The Top does not offer a menu with that. ”

“ Lovely view. Had the chicken and waffles. Best thing I ever tasted. I'll be back next weekend. It was a little loud, but what can you do? The service was lovely. The food took a while, but the manager come out to apologize. ”

“ What a magnificent little spot right in downtown Rockford! The service was absolutely top tier, the staff there is on it! Friendly and knowledgeable, quick to make accomodations, just couldn't ask for better. The food? Holy moly. Think small bites so you aren't shocked by the plates, but there's nothing small about the flavors or the dessert! Do not skip the creme brulee cheesecake! Every bite is a treat, so even though the portions are small, the menu is dynamite! The outdoor area is incredible with the views and the seating. Just a top-tier place all around. ”

“ We are a family who loves to have a good meal with great views.. Been to the The Signature Room in Chicago as well as Top of the World in Vegas and let me tell you this place is comparable.. Our first time going was last year for my daughter’s 16th birthday.. The views as well as the food were amazing, they even had a DJ.. Yesterday was our second time there, we made reservations online after seeing they were having Brunch with Santa..Upon arrival our reservation wasn’t found but they were kind enough to accommodate us (party of 11).. Just like last year the place, food and service was great although our food could have been warmer.. We ordered 3 boards I’m guessing by the time they finish fixing them the food gets cold especially if it’s not under a food warmer, I’m assuming that’s the case but all three were on the cooler side, still delicious just not warm.. My kids got to see Santa and take photos all while having a great meal.. I didn’t get our servers name but she was amazing.. Will definitely be back soon.. ”

“ We visited here for Mother’s Day brunch, and were more than pleasantly surprised. Pricing was more than fair. We were placed in a private room, which in some cases can cause a lack of service, however the service was excellent. Food came out and was beautifully plated & tasted as good as it looked. We cannot wait to come back and try the dinner menu, and sit out on the patio. A great view of the forest city, and definitely worth checking out. You won’t be disappointed. ”
